Bettapak assures that all works will be completed in accordance with individual requirements and the relevant statutory provisions. These are achieved using quality management systems and practice, to plan, execute and inspect all activities affecting the quality of the finished product.
Quality assurance and ensuring best practices, gives confidence that all goods are treated with the highest care.

OUR METHOD

PERFECT SAMPLE

Customers to supply a perfect sample to Bettapak prior to the commencement of each job. Alternatively, Bettapak can create one and have it approved by the customer before commencement of any job.

QA PROCESS CONTROL SHEET

QC checks are established for each job in collaboration with the customer. Team leaders them manage regular inspections throughout the process. Management also conduct spot checks ensuring processes are being maintained.

REPORTING

Regular reports are provided to customers to ensure transparency of information on job tracking, quantity completed, any breakages, faulty goods and any issues that may arise during production.

FINAL INSPECTION

Before despatch, one box from every pallet will be opened and verified against the Perfect Sample. Any product faults or variances are isolated and that stock will be quarantined.

DESPATCH

All goods will be palletised as mutually agreed, and any instructions applied and the exterior stretch wrapped prior to despatch. All pallets are issued with pallet identification with all required information. Each despatch load is issued with an individual delivery docket. All despatch information is provided to the customer in a timely manner.
